Brief History: Born in Trenton,New Jersey she grew up in a high class home her mothers a professional model, her father a Lawyer. She has a brother thats a year older than her named Zach. When she was fourteen her parents divorced her father staying in Trenton, New Jersey her mother moved to Tokyo, Japan for work and Fashion. Noel and Zach would travel between them by the years one year with mom one with dad. Her mother threw her intoo dance and gymnastic classes so she would have the balance and poise to be a model. But when with her father she was aloud to do as she pleased and took to horses well and began competeing in jumping. She has two horses Diva's Dont Forget my Close Up(Diva) and Tioku's Kiss My Moves(Tioku) both Dutch Warmbloods. Now she has moved here with her brother to work on her riding more. They have no need to have jobs because both parents have given each of tem a link to their bank accounts and have endless amounts of money at their need of it.
